A Message to Our Clients
According to federal guidelines, those who manufacture for or provide services to essential businesses are themselves considered essential. As our business provides services for hospitals, insurance companies and HR firms, we will remain open. To do this, we’ve implemented the following:
All employees that can work from home have been doing so for the past week. This includes Client Services, Data, Software Development and Creative Services. All of those employed in these departments are accessible by email and ready to help you get critical information to your employees and customers.
Our printing facilities are open but are not accepting any visitors. This includes both vendors and clients. If you are working on a project that requires a press proof (press check), please contact your Project Manager to make arrangements for delivery, as we cannot allow access to the plant floor.
Our production employees are following social distancing protocols.
Our facilities are being cleaned and disinfected at the beginning and end of each shift. Every door knob, handle, desk and hard surface is being cleaned with bleach and water by our full-time cleaning staff.
We’ve advanced sick leave to any employee that needs it. I have STRONGLY ENCOURAGED any person who’s experiencing, or been in contact with someone experiencing, coronavirus symptoms to stay home.
We have worked with all of our suppliers to ensure access to needed inventory items. To date, we haven’t experienced any shortages, but we’ll reach out if we are having trouble finding something for any specific projects.
So please, stay safe, healthy and optimistic. We’ll get through this.
